I dropped off my truck the evening before so I could be first in line for an oil/filter change, tire rotation and balance, and wrote that I needed it back by 9am or so. Around 10:30 I hadn’t heard from anyone so I called, they checked with Kelley, she told them it’d be another 45min but explanation as to why, so I told them I was headed there to get my truck so we could leave town. Kelley finally called and said the tire rotation machine had broke and had to be repaired. I told her I was taking that vehicle out of town which is why I dropped it off for an early service. She did apologize, but it didn’t help much as I was now 3 hours late leaving town. I told her Johnny Jimenez always called with updates and issues to keep me apprised. She finally called and said the tire rotation machine broke, if she called me I would’ve told her to cancel that and only rotate so I could leave town. Very frustrating, I’ll never use her again. I wouldn’t have to begin with but I didn’t realize it was Johnnys weekend to work or I would’ve requested him, he is awesome. She also charged me for a driveline service I didn’t request, when I asked her about it she said it was mandatory with an oil change. I’ve been getting oil changes at Star for years and I’ve never been charged for that. I wanted it removed from my bill but she wouldn’t do it so I just laid it so I could leave town. Very bad experience, I’m considering changing service centers. Chris
