Mikyla was fine, but the young man that changed my oil didn’t bother to mention that he had trouble starting my vehicle. So, after I got my keys and paperwork, I got into my vehicle and it wouldn’t start. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. He had to jump start it :(

Kelly was awesome! She is such an asset to Star Dodge! My only issue was the tire rotation. The air pressure was not corrected after the tire rotation. The correct PSI for the front tires is 55 psi and 45 PSI for the rear. I’m sure it was an oversight but the little things matter. Tires were rotated without adjusting tire pressures.

Had my front brakes fully replaced about 2-3 months ago! Had to come in again about 4-6 weeks ago to have them replaced after pads failed! I was back in today for the same exact thing? No explanation why brake pads continue to fail? I live in Haskell and it’s an hour each way to come in for service each time not counting 3-4 wait time while brakes replaced again each time..........I inquired at the Parts counter this time if this a common issue with disc pads for my 2012 Dodge Avenger? He said not that he was aware? As the Brakes are basically the most important part on the car this reoccurring issue concerns me as it might you if this was your own personal car? I am a Disabled Veteran and make numerous trips to both Abilene and Big Spring for Medical Care! I not feeling very safe driving when brakes continue to keep failing on average every 4-6 weeks! As a long time Dodge owner this is not something I am used to? I believe all 3 times it is same exact disc pads being put back on my car? Not sure why in light of continued ongoing issue! I just want to feel safe STOPPING WHEN I APPLY THE BRAKES!

Jacob was fine. I was disappointed the shimmy that developed after my tire rotation was not handled differently. Your service dept wanted to charge $20 per tire to balance the front tires. Instead the tires were rotated to the rear as a way to correct the shimmy. I felt they should have been balanced and checked the first time to avoid any problems. This was disappointing
