I brought my truck in Friday for service and a tire monitor problem. When I picked it up I was told everything was fixed. I drove away and the next morning had another problem with the tire monitor. Brought it back Monday and was told the monitor was the problem and had to be ordered. Brought it back Tuesday to get it fixed and after $494 was told it was fixed. Before I made it home the tire monitor came back on. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Johnny is a great person at Star Dodge, he gives me good advice for my vehicle. He lets me know when it’s time to rotate tires or what ever is due. He doesn’t try to sale me service, if I say not this time, he says ok. I don’t like a pushy sales person. Johnny is great!

I did have a couple of issues... I had requested one tire air valve stem cap when checking my vehicle in but it was not on the vehicle when It was ready and had to request from another associate who provided it right away. I also had grime on my interior door handle (was not present before drop off) which wiped off easily when I got home... interior is white/beige leather so was easily noticed, the door sill also had to be wiped down. Vehicle was recently cleaned so the soiled areas stood out immediately. Lastly, it appears that on the previous oil change the oil life indicator was not reset-was reset during this visit.
