I was very upset about the warranty but after I met Randy and he talked to me more about the warranty and his excellent display of customer service, I felt better.

I took my truck in on Friday to get checked out. I picked it up that day because parts needed to be ordered. I brought it back Monday and stayed around for a while to make sure the parts had come in. I was told the parts had arrived. Later that day I was called and told that not all the repairs could be completed because not all the parts were available. I picked up my truck that day because the main repair had been completed. I will have to take the truck back in a 3rd time to get all the repairs completed.

So a recall was done on my car today 9/5... I live in sweetwater, got home from my trip to Abilene, my car was parked for about 30 min or so , had to go out again 1st my key fob wouldn’t open my doors , so I used my key to open my door , get in my car & no lights , no screens lite up & car won’t start at all ??????????? This has NEVER happened ???????????

My truck has a ticking noise like a lifter. It did not make that noise when I first bought it they told me it was normal. I have never bought a brand new vehicle and after I drove it for a while it start ticking I do not believe it is normal. Very unsatisfied with Star Dogde!
