There were grease stains in the carpet of driver side door and floor mat.... I thought techs were supposed to put the plastic down on drivers seat and paper mats to protect vehicle carpets.... I had just got them cleaned a few weeks ago!!!

I find that it is unbelievable that Dodge cancelled my life time warranty because I missed some 60 day window for inspection, (by Starr Dodge) even though it was brought in 4 months earlier. Every time I brought my vehicle to y’all, I asked for it to be inspected for any warranty work.
In the first couple of years that I owned this truck I asked on multiple occasions for my warranty information and I was always told to not worry, that it was in the computer! I have left messages for the person in charge of warranty sales but they won’t return my calls. I blame Starr Dodge more than FCD!
