Ms Weeks was GREAT! She handled everything very professional. I would visit her again, if she was at a different dealership. The pricing Star provided was Absurd, nothing less than screwing people. I called and asked several other places for the same service and they were 75%less than what I was quoted for the part. The labor seemed to be in line. Had it been close, I would have had the other service I needed completed as well. Because it was not, you lost a $550.00 sale, the sale of the part and labor to install as well as all of my future parts business, future warranty work, and future vehicle purchases. I have bought filters from you and parts for our Jeep. No more. It is a free market and you are allowed to charge whatever price you see fit, I also will make sure people know they need to price check your service, because of how outrageous your pricing is and then see if your dealership makes sense.

I paid $500 and left the service center with the same problem unresolved. The staff was friendly and was able to fit me in without an appointment. The issue is when you leave $500 on the table with the problem still flashing at you all the way home it really leaves a bad taste.
