I took my Dodge truck in two times to get it serviced this week. The one major complaint I have is that both times they didn't shut my hood completely. I noticed it was bouncing up and down when I was going down the highway. I immediately pulled over to shut it before it popped loose and shattered my windshield. I know people make mistakes but they have to be more careful especially with things like this. It could of caused an accident and I don't think they would be willing to pay for any damages.
