Johnny and Mike delivered outstanding customer service and bent over backwards to make sure my vehicle was repaired right and as quickly as they could. I don’t believe I’ve ever received such exemplary customer service from a car dealership

The inside of my vehicle was not wiped down or sanitized when it was returned to me. I know this because there was actually grease on the steering wheel. I also asked if the mechanics could take a look at my truck , specifically a clanging sound underneath. They said they would. When I got my truck back after the oil change, I was told they don’t have anyone qualified to look at that. Instead I would have to take it to a suspension specialist. I’ve recently had maintainance and repairs done there. I also get all of my oil changes done there.The person helping me was very friendly but I left there a little annoyed.
