Please don’t contact me. I came in on Monday to have my tire looked at, I was told the new tire was ordered and would be in on Wednesday. My husband brought it and left it on Wednesday. I received a text saying if I needed anything, I could text. So I text asking if it would be done by lunch because my husband hadn’t gotten to make it to any of our daughters softball games yet, and he wanted to make it Wednesday. I never received an answer so I called and was transferred to a phone no one ever answered. I called again later and spoke to a man who told me the car was ready. When my husband got there, he was informed it was not ready and the tire wouldn’t even be there until Thursday. We live out of town and the only reason he took it Wednesday was because it was supposed to be done Wednesday. Luckily, one of his coworkers drives in from the same time and was willing to give him a ride. Thursday morning, I finally received a text back pretending like an entire day hadn’t passed since I text with my question. My husband said everyone he saw in person was very nice, but this is super frustrating. Especially when you start with the fact that he couldn’t be shuttled to or from work in Tye which is maybe 3-5 minutes down the road.

Kelly was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. She explained what was wrong with our vehicle, our options and patiently answered all our questions. She was also able to give us a reasonable time frame on when our vehicle would be ready, which was appreciated. Our vehicle was repaired & we had it back within one day.

Mr. Jimenez Is always professional and knowledgeable about my needs for my vehicle. He is my go to person. I call for him, he makes my appointments and keep me apprised on the work necessary and the best time frame that he can give me. When my vehicles need service, I call him and he works his magic.

Would have been nice if it had been washed. Several dealerships wash the vehicles the service and/or work on.

Johnny is great to work with. Communication was lacking this go around compared to past experiences. Parts department didn’t exhaust their resources to find the part I needed in the timeframe I needed it.
