I hate being that person to complain because I am an easy going and an easy person to get along with. What I don’t understand is the pricing or the labor cost for the work being completed. First of all, You show the quantity ordered and quantity delivered and price but you don’t show hours spent doing the job, only the cost of labor. Then there is a charge for Miscellaneous shop parts that I have no idea what I’m paying for. I want to keep coming back to your dealership for service and potentially purchasing a vehicle in the near future but it’s hard to do that when I’m feeling like I’m being taking advantage of by your employees. Lastly, how are you going to operate in a military town and not offer military discount or say you don’t? The last time I was there, June 3, 2020, I received military discount for work done on the same vehicle. I am please that my vehicle is fixed, I’m not pleased with the pricing and not knowing how long maintenance is being done on my vehicle and the price that I’m paying for it. It’s very hard for me to bring my vehicle back to your place for service knowing I am going to walk in to a huge bill and not knowing if the job or the part fits the bill.

Issue with wind noise drivers side door not fixed. This was the 2nd time and they stated that didn’t hear anything. I left to head back home and immediately could hear the wind noise. Ram box cover not fixed on passenger side. Inflation check air added to tires not nitrogen. Green valve caps supposed the mean what? I don’t have the luxury to keep bringing the truck in as I live over 100 miles away. When asked if if there was anything else it was like an attitude. My front sensors weren’t alerting me and I asked them to check them. Luckily my friend told me to check the logger switch on the dash to make sure it wasn’t off.
