My car is not fixed. You took my money and did not fix my car. Your service department manager was more interested in arguing instead of fixing my car. I only asked that you guys keep the car for a couple of days so you can see what’s happening. I have had to drive from Brownwood each time. That’s why I was hoping y’all could keep it to prevent me coming back and forth and missing work. Y’all have poor customer service in the service department and I am very dissatisfied. $ 1500 is a lot to me. Maybe not to yall. But when one pays this much to have a car fixed. It should be fixed right. Y’all have looked at it three times now!

Kelly was right there to help. I was unsure where to go because the normal entrance was being worked on. Kelly walked by and told me where to go and that she would be right back to help. She got me in and started taking notes on what I needed done and looked at. She was honest and told me the wait would be over 2 hours. I was fine with that. She told me of the new system that would text me with progress on my vehicle. I did get the texts she spoke of. Kelly also came to check on me several times. I was very appreciative of her excellent customer service!!!

I made it to the service department probably about 20 min. Before you all were closing. A gentleman asked if I need assistance I did I asked for Johnny he was with another customer, I just needed an inspection for the truck, he made sure there was a tech to do the inspection and once Johnny was done With his customer he helped me get finished up. I know probably by the time I went in everyone was getting ready to leave and close up for the day but these men did not think twice about that... they helped me as if it 730am in the morning And I was the first customer of the day I really appreciate that, Johnny has always done a great job and helps each time I go in there, and I want to thank the gentleman that helped me also when I first got there, wish I had seen his name Thanks again for doing a great job!!
