I came to have my transmission issues diagnosed and have the codes checked and Logan said relevant codes were not to be looked at because they were not the issue and after asking if the code could cause the problem and he said possibly I again asked why not look into the code then and Logan basically explained he was not going to so I am unsatisfied with my service of diagnosis

When I called on the 10th to ask the earliest time she said the 14th I told her I'd like to check around and suddenly she had the 11th available my car wasn't looked at until the 19th I understand a wait but I specifically mentioned I was wanting it looked at sooner than the 14th
