I went in to get my vehicle serviced….oil change, fluid check, tires rotated. I also pointed out an issue under the front fender and I was told it would be fixed. When I left I did not look at that issue believing you guys took care of it. I went to my sons job and he saw it. So it was not fixed. I called Johnny left a message he never returned my call. I called a second time no answer. I even called the service manager and left a message and he never replied either. So I had to go back to the service department and spoke with Jennifer and she pulled over a mechanic and had him fix it while I waited. I was very dissatisfied with the service that it was not completed because I think they did not check to be sure it was fixed and also because no called me back to find out what the issue was. I was not happy having to go back.

It took more than 48 hours from dropping my vehicle off at the scheduled appointment time, for the technician to drive the vehicle, and check for codes. All that wait to tell me that they couldn’t duplicate the problem, and couldn’t fix anything. I could have saved myself two days of not having use of my vehicle, and just gone to AutoZone for better help.
