The service dept esp Mike Byrm, went extra step this morning, and solved my problem. Now I can go to CO Thusday with my gandsons and their girl friends. Again. I really apprecate Mike's effort.

I came in for a state inspection today. Johnny was the first service advisor to approach me and see what I needed. he had the paperwork drawn up for my truck in a matter of minutes, and offered directions to the customer lounge. in about 20 or so minutes I received a message from him that my truck was done and ready to go.
