When I picked my truck up the volume button wasn’t working. I left a voicemail but no one called back. It’s working now, but we are constantly having issues with this truck’s radio and speakers or services provided. Our truck also leaked out almost all the oil about 2 weeks ago and they stated it was a bad oil filter. The truck is a 2022 and I have already taken it up at least 8 different times for issues. It’s pretty messed up especially when we are paying a lot for this truck.

I typically dread having to take my vehicle to the dealership for repairs due to poor past experiences. This was my first repair utilizing Star Dodge's service department. Truly incredible from beginning to end. Logan was exceptional and honest. I'm not sure who the technician was, but did a great job of getting my repair done accurately and timely. Star's service has changed mt mind when it comes to dealership service departments.
