Johnny didn’t return my phone calls over the 4 days you had my jeep.
And when I did finally get it back the warning light that shows when the emergency brake is on doesn’t work!
I really don’t want to bring it back and let you have it for another 4 days.

Jennifer was very good to work with. She was friendly and communicated better than I have experienced in the past. The problem is I brought my trick in to have the parking sensor system check as it has been blowing fuses. When I picked up my vehicle I was told the problem was a blow fuse. Nothing else was done and Jennifer said she didn’t know about the fuses blowing all the tome. I know I told her 2 or 3 times.
I wasn’t charged for the fuse but spent $1300 for other maintenance but the reason I brought my trick in was not addressed.
I left frustrated because o have to bring my truck back in.
I really enjoyed working with Jennifer and will continue to request her.
