Jordan did a great job, courteous and professional. Clearly explained how my service would go (oil change, tire rotation, followed by my requested Texas State inspection) so I knew it would be a bit longer wait than usual.
About the only recommendation I would have (for Service Department, not Jordan) was that when I pulled in (as sign directed) and got out of my vehicle, I stood there for a few minutes waiting for someone to greet me. Finally I walked to one of the four service folks sitting in their individual cubicles and asked if I needed to wait for a specific person to help me. Jordan told me no and immediately began assisting me. I might suggest someone greet folks when they drive into the service area so they know what they’re supposed to do next.
