I think they could've been more transparent and honest. We had to tow our vehicle in, they kept saying they'll look at it but didn't even touch it till over a week later. After many calls and texts and some that were never answered, We ended up talking to a manager and he said they were 3 weeks behind. I believe that should have been conveyed to us in the very beginning instead of telling us what they thought we wanted to hear, which was "we are getting to it today." If they couldn't get to it in a week, we would have appreciated them telling us that. It took 3 weeks to get my car back! Not sure what's going on with the service department but it's getting worse every time we take it in.

Came in from Wichta falls for daughter’s wedding and 2019 K2 Ram died on me Johnny and his service technician Cris help my wife and I get in back on the road and home safely we are greatly appreciated of there help in our time of need. My Ram was due for a service anyway so I had them do just that while they had it and they both superseded our expectations
