Mr. Johnny Jimenez was wonderful and very accommodating unfortunately when I left your service department try to drive off your lot my back driver side tire fell off and I was stuck right there in the little road and however the crew came out and help me get the car back into the shop and they checked everything out they had to re-bend the dust plate around the tire because it had fell down to the ground and the tire was partially up under my panel of my jeep I mean it was very nice the way everybody treated me and they did give me back all my money for that day and offered me another time to be free with my next service it was just kind of a scary situation for me it never happened to me before but Mr. Jimenez was wonderful so no problems there thank you
