Actual repair was excellent. Diagnosis determined the turbo actuator had to be replaced. I asked if the part as in stock and assured it was. After waiting three hours (length of time I was told it would take to perform the repair) I was informed the part was NOT in stock and had to be ordered requiring me to leave the vehicle since the defective part had already been removed and the truck was not drivable. Verification of part availability prior to initiating repair would be best practice in the future.

Logan done a great job. The service tech. Did not close the air filter lid latches. Good thing I check everyone's work but this leaves doubt about more important items like lug nut torque, oil plug and filter tight? Hope so. I expect more from Star than this
