Logan was great...the problem came when I picked it up on Sat....it took 30 minutes after I paid to find my Jeep... after i took possession...drove it for 10 minutes and it blew all the coolant out of it...so I returned it ...and hopefully I'll pick it back up on Wednesday...the problem was a hose that was improperly clamped

AFTER WAITING OVER AN HOUR FOR A TIRE MOUNT AND BALANCE AND PAYING FOR THE WORLDS MOST EXPENSIVE WHEEL, I WAS PULLED OVER FOR HAVING THE SPARE TIRE NOT SECURED UNDER THE CHASSIS. UPON REMOVING THE JACK FROM ITS STORAGE COMPARTMENT, I FOUND THE JACK AND TIRE IRONS WERE JUST THROWN INTO THE COMPARTMENT UNSECURED. LASTLY, THE PANEL THAT HIDES THE JACK WAS SHOVED INTO PLACE AND WAS DIFFICULT TO REMOVE. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT TYPICAL OF THE SERVICE I'VE RECEIVED OVER THE PAST 10 YEARS OWNING MY DURANGO.

I'm not Patsy, but I have had dealings with your service department. YOUR MEXICAN SERVICE WRITER IS A PEICE OF DOG ****, JOHNNY. Star Dodge sold us extended warranty ( BECAUSE OF ALL THE ELECTRONICS ) on a used Jeep Grand Cherokee, claiming bumper to bumper warranty. Carried it in about 6 months before warranty ran out, THEY EVEN HAD A RECORD ON FILE THE DATE BROUGHT IN, then he drug his feet until warrant did run out. When we talked to the finance guy, he found where we did carry it in BEFORE WARRANTY RAN OUT, and said YES STAR DODGE SHOULD HAVE COVERED IT. We asked to call the manager and he wouldn't. SO YOUR **** COMPANY SELLS EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT YOU HAVE INTENSION OF BACKING. So at the end of my SWEAT-EST DAY, STAR DODGE CAN KISS MY ****!!!! THANKS FOR ASKING ME FOR A SURVEY OF YOUR SO CALLED highest quality service!!!!!!!!!
