My appointment was for 1:00 PM and the car wasn't even brought into the service bay until 2:00 PM. No one told me that there would be a delay or keep me informed as to the status of the OIL CHANGE. I was told at 2:30 that it would be done in 15 minutes, but the service wasn't completed until 3:15.
