The Bluetooth connection to my phone is not working properly, or rather it is the display on my screen in the car. It worked for the first 10 months of ownership, all of a sudden it won't clear after a phone call. If I want to make another call, I have to turn the car off. Technician was not able to fix this. I am going to have to investigate, because it's unsafe and just not right.

When in for a oil change, i decided to take the 5000 miles service plan , this package includes service inspection, the car was was pass stating that all the filters was in good standing, so I leave the store and went to a next shop only to fine out out that my air filters needed to be charged.???

I took my vehicle in for a safety recall service and I left with less confidence in the vehicle’s safety than when I went in. Upon pulling out of the parking lot at the dealership, I heard an extremely loud squeal of a belt that still persists the next day. Also, when I got on the freeway leaving the dealership the lockable lug nut on the passenger side wheel fell off and I heard it bang up underneath my car, hopefully not hitting any of the other vehicles behind me during rush hour traffic. I do not have confidence that my wife and three kids who drive this vehicle will be safe and I am seeking a remedy for this situation.
