Each time I go there I have issues. People lie all the time. In the last 5 years I sent my friends to Manchester for service and new cars. Totally feed up

I left my vehicle and its key fob with the service advisor. Upon my picking up my vehicle, I had to chase for my keys as the service advisor was not aware of its location. Also, the service technician that serviced my vehicle, handed my keys to the parts department instead of the service advisor that intook my vehicle. Otherwise the purpose for which I brought ny vehicle to your dealership was fullfilled.
