Everything went smooth. The scheduling was perfect. The representative that I met first thing in the morning was awesome. It was definitely very quick and efficient in the morning where I was able to get out with the courtesy car and get right to work. In the afternoon when I picked up my Highlander I notice that when I got to my vehicle I had to reinstall my child's car seat that had to be removed in order to do the repair. That wasn't a problem. It appeared that there was a lot of sand and other floor debris on my seats and center armrest from the floor mats. I just thought it would have been a nice courtesy to lightly vacuum up where they had made a mess. I know my car wasn't actually perfectly clean but it would have been an extra touch that would have really made it a perfect visit.
