While my technician was very pleasant and work completed I want to advise you of something that was a bit disturbing. I dropped the car off at 10:00am. I advised the service rep that my wife was picking me up and I would return later when the service was complete. He said service would approximately 3 hours and car would be ready at 1:00pm. He said he would call me on my cell phone when the service was. complete. I didn’t hear anything by 2:00pm. Called and was given the service reps voice mail. Left message. Called again at 2:30 still no response but the receptionist did advise the car was ready to be picked up. Communication from my service rep could have been better.

Only one small problem - when I got my keys back the remote was not attached to the key & I was panicking. I had to call the service Dept to find out where it was. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful but that had never happened in the many years I’ve been a customer of Toyota.

I appreciate Janice Acosta very much she was able to get me in for an oil change. Was very nice since I had called her the day prior of the day she gave me the appt. She was very helpful and her service over the phone was really good. She seem like she's a people person and treated me very well even in person when I went there. Shes awesome. No complaints about her and her higher up should be very satisfied to have someone like her work there.
