Bo was pleasant but needs to be more familiar with what customer has as a warranty. To look into any MFG defects for Rav4 before telling a customer they may have to pay for it. Rav4 Radio clearly was mfg defect; blacked out and froze during cold weather. I did my homework b4 coming in & new it needed replacing. Also, had to come a second time for radio because the first time it was not resolved.
