when my truck is on the lift and needs more work done come ask the customer if i wanted or not before you bring my truck out it’s a waste of time

It took over 2.5 hours for my basic oil change. When I left my keys with the service rep I was told an hour maybe an hour and a half. But it took twice that time. Why do I even make appointments if my oil change is going to be done whenever they get around to it? My car sat in the exit lane for over 20 minutes before the service advisor came to ask me if I wanted to replace my tires or do diagnostic on a mystery fluid leak that couldn’t be identified. When I declined those services she informed me she would have the tech bring my car out... but I was already looking right at it for 20 minutes. This is the worst experience I have ever had at Toyota in the past 8 years and I am seriously considering getting my service done elsewhere. Everytime I go it takes a little longer than the last time and I am fed up at this point.

As Jashayre explianed it, she was just "a messanger". She greeted me and after several hours indicated she was no longer involed with me that her manager was taking over.
I waited for my car to be serviced over 5 hours. Not pleasant at all. They should have informed me ahead of time so i could take care of my needs. At 3pm service manager explained there was additional work to be done on my car, related to updating car computer. Communication was poor. None if i didn't initiate it. At the end of the day i left the service center with no paperwork indicating what work was dine on my car. I called while outside the store, where receptionist indicated car report would be maild to me. Now hoping my car starts tomorrow, as I've had problems with battery since it's purchase.
