Last time I had my oil change I had a $10 coupon in my account that I was told it was for my next oil change. But this time I had a diff gentleman assist me and he told me the $10 was for tire rotation not oil change. So was a little upset that the guy that did my oil change few months back told me it was towards oil change. But apparently now it wasn’t.

There were a lot of delays in handing over the car after it got ready .i am not worried about the time it take to do actual repair . I waited at least 30 min after I saw car ready and washed .Hartford Toyota need to think about Mechanism wherein if one employee is busy , other folks taking up the work in order to avoid inconvenience to customers . Also I was told that they are understaffed as a reason for delay . Such information need to be disclosed upfront when booking appointment so that customers are either ready to wait or take up maintenance else where . Overall disappointed with the support I received .
