Mr Bohdan was very polite he answered all my questions and concerns he kept me in the loop until my car was ready very very good customer service and I believe he went above and beyond for me with respect.
I will be returning with my vehicle for tires thanks to mr. Bohdan.

8:15 appointment for oil change, tires balanced and rotated took almost 2 hrs. Lug nuts not properly torqued as something was grinding on way home so we took off tires to investigate. Tire pressures were not set to 35. One had 50 lbs, another had 42 and all were different. Glad we are mechanically inclined and would NOT send any of our elderly friends to your shop or anyone without some know how. Did not dare return as did not want risk of more shoddy work. Also never get our complete set of valve stem covers put back on after service. Had all gray ones and now there are 3 gray and one black. If not for warranty we would not use your service dept at all. Where is the good customer service Leslie Ritcham sold us on?

I arrived at 11:15 in the service garage I sat in my car until 1130 and no one had acknowledged that I was sitting there. My appointment was scheduled for 1130 at 1130 one of the service technicians told me to go inside. At this time I met with the service manager who didn't introduce himself. He asked what I was therefore ? 25k service for my Rav4 Hybrid. Never asked my name or time of my appointment. I asked if there had been any updates regarding the gas tank on the vehicle of not taking more than 10 gallons he said No. I let him know what that the time was there my tires won't rotated. This visit was for the 25000 mile service so please make sure the tires are rotated because really other than your standard inspection the tires were the only thing that needed to be done. My car was pulled back into the Bay around 1235. It sat there for 10 minutes and no one told me my car was ready I had to go to one of the service coordinator and find out why is my car sitting there if it's ready to go. The service manager just sitting there at his desk doing absolutely nothing. You will never fix any of the problems in your service department if you don't fix your service manager absolutely ridiculous that you probly pay him a good salary and that man sat there add his desk provided absolutely no customer service and didn't even know how to speak or acknowledge customers. This was the last free service maintenance schedule on my vehicle I will happily pay to take my car to Gale Toyota up an Enfield and pay for service if that's the kind of service I'm going to get out of Toyota Hartford.
