Came in for oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection. This took 4 hours and did not include any brake work. This seems like an excessive wait just to receive feedback on how the brakes looked. I can’t imagine how long I would have been there waiting if I actually gave the green light for the brake work to be done. Unfortunately because of the wait I could not stay and had to decline the work being completed.

I just moved here two months ago from Westchester county New York. The level of service at DCH Toyota in Mamaroneck New York is on par with what I experience today in Hartford Toyota. everything timely, well communicated, organized, etc. But the Covid social distancing and other procedures were perfectly executed. Jashaira was courteous, friendly, informative; I would give her B+/88. It wasn’t her fault that her computer was down, OR that I had good front brakes installed two years ago at 22k to replace bad rotors . All in all, it was a very expensive experience ($1,033) with mixed emotions. I would like to know the warranty’s for all services performed.

Overall, Jashaira provided great service, however I was disappointed by the service of her colleagues. Upon arrival to service there was no one to greet me or check me in despite seeing me. Several of her colleagues simply stared at me as they continued to engage in their conversations and failed to acknowledge the presence of a customer. Jashaira was the only individual who sought out to help me. When I came to retrieve my car, again, I was told only she could help me and there was no attempt from the staff to try to find Jashaira or begin the process of checking out. Upon retrieving my vehicle and driving home, I saw my lights were left on since completion of my service which was at least 4 hours after it was finished. I'm disappointed by the lack of customer service from the team overall. I'm thankful for Jashaira's assistance but am concerned that if she was not there I would not receive any assistance

My car sat, done for almost 30 minutes. I had to ask about it twice, each time telling me I had to wait a few more minutes. After the second time, I was told they were waiting for my paperwork. I brought my car in at 8:00, it was now almost 10:00, 30 minutes completed, cars behind my car leaving and still no paperwork. But only after I insisted on getting my car, and standing in front of her, she completed my paperwork. And although I was upset with the delay, my only reason for my answer on this survey, was your representative’s attitude, no apology and no thank you. Let her know a simple, “sorry for the delay” would have made a huge difference and telling me they’re others ahead of me didn’t help either!
