I appreciate that the car wash with service is meant to be a nice thing, but I spent over an hour detailing my vehicle today before I brought it to your dealership for an oil change, and I had it absolutely spotless. I got my vehicle back completely covered in water having been washed and not dried, and now it’s covered in water spots and the hour + that I put into it is wasted. It would be better if the car wash was offered so the customer could decline if the car was already clean, rather than done without the customers knowledge. Again I appreciate that it was supposed to be a nice thing, but for me it ruined the work I had just done and left me dissatisfied.

I don’t understand how my oil change cap is worned out. If that was the case why didn’t toyota let me know when I came in for a oil change the last time with was 3-4 months prior to today? Also $70.00 for a cap? On Toyota.com the cap is literally $10.00! Good to see that Toyota was trying to find a way to rip us off! NOT COOL. And thanks for breaking my cap and trying to blame it on it being worned out. You shouldn’t have touched it without informing me if it was broken or whatever.
