I have been going to Hartford Superstore for over twelve years and bought two cars there. Every year service gets worse and worse. It took just under two hours for JUST an oil change. Nothing else. And no car wash. Gentleman told me 90 minutes and I said okay hopefully sooner because I have to leave for work a little after 90 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous it takes that long. Oil changes should be under 30 minutes or worse case an hour. I saw at least three people pull in 20 minutes after me and leave almost twenty minutes before I did. Which is wrong. When I jumped in my car and leave I noticed my clock was an hour and a half later. Strange. Which no idea how and why my clock was changed for just an oil change. Best part is the clock isn’t part of my radio. so not completely sure why it was changed. To better help customers in the feature I would be more communicative when it comes to service. Maybe a text saying the tech just pulled your car in and working on it. And follow up text saying the tech is wrapping up and then giving your car a wash for you. Better communication goes a long way. Also being more personable and friendly with customers helps as well.
