Shane is really nice and I don't think the issues are his fault, I do think that he should double check what he can. I had asked for an additional service at drip off and it wasn't done by the mechanic and it wasn't caught by shane. That also happened last time I was there. And one of the fixes was done incompletely both this visit and my last. the lack of care is worrisome. I drive my kids around in that vehicle and pay SO MUCH for the repairs and there is zero accountability to ensure the repairs are done 1. Correctly 2. With care and 3. To ensure safety.
It's really disappointing.
