Hidi is great but service dept can't fix my remote start not working 1 out of 20 times or so and my seat heatets eont come on when remote starting with key fob or phonr app. ! We payed top dollar for a truck with features that don't work ! That's not right !

Shane did a great job getting my problem resolved. There are 2 reasons I am not completely satisfied 1 I had asked to see the old turbo and what failed and I was told it was packaged up to go back to GM. 2 when I was there picking up the vehicle Shane was not there and another gentleman took care of paperwork and getting vehicle brought up. I waited and saw my vehicle sitting there but know one ever handed over the keys, after waiting 5 minutes or so I inquired to a different gentleman about my vehicle and how I get it. After some searching he found the keys and gave them to me. Process was very confusing and not customer oriented at all. On my way home the check engine light flashed at me for about 45 seconds and then stopped. Not sure why but all seems drivable at this time.
