Shane was great! Kurt with Lyft was great! Pre-notice regarding estimated time for repair would have been great! It would have saved the Lyft charge home (4.7 miles). I got a ride back! I absolutely have to say that charging $125.00 for programming a remote and key is EXCESSIVE! Also could it possibly have taken 1.5 hours to do it! This is why I have all (most everything) my vehicle repairs done by a shop further from my home than HB! FYI: I spent almost $1,000 on my 2004 Suburban plus a new set of tires
