I am from Washington on vacation in AZ, I had this major issue with my 2024 AT4 3500HD, Mike was very prompt on getting me takin care of. Kendal the Tech that came to the residence where I was broke down did an Absolute fantastic job on my truck, if this would have happened close to home the local dealership would have blown me off for a couple days....Mike, Kendal, and Dwayne at Heny Brown are absolutely fantastic Individuals....I own an Aviation business, deal with all sorts of vendors where we spend 10 times yearly the cost of a new AT4 and receive pathetic service....The Aviation community could definitely benefit from Guys like these three.
