I brought my truck in after all kinds of warning m lights came on. After the problem was diagnosed, two more weeks just to get the parts. I drive a truck because I need a truck. The rental should cover the rental of a truck if you bring in a truck. I had to put up a fight to get it covered. This is a huge inconvenience for your clients.
