I brought my truck in after all kinds of warning m lights came on. After the problem was diagnosed, two more weeks just to get the parts. I drive a truck because I need a truck. The rental should cover the rental of a truck if you bring in a truck. I had to put up a fight to get it covered. This is a huge inconvenience for your clients. Once the work was done it was fine but I drove the car I purchased 09/01/23 for 2+ months with the ‘check engine’ light on because the first time I brought it in, service tech said part was on back order & he would notify me when it came in. He also said there wasn’t really anything wrong with it, part was just something EPA required. 3 days after first service the light came back on & when I called he said there was nothing they could do except reset light & reiterated there wasn’t anything really wrong with it.
