While inquiring about a rattle and dome light malfunction during our oil change appt. I was cautioned that loaner vehicles were at least a 4 week wait. I made a service appt. and it was 5wks for a loaner. The older gentleman who set the appt. was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our vehicle completely broke down 6 days before our scheduled appt. Everyone who helped us when we dropped off our towed vehicle was courteous and we received our loaner. Eleven days into having our loaner (2023 Acadia with only 355 miles to start) a service light popped up saying that the engine power is reduced and to drive with caution. A few more service lights came on. The vehicle vibrated and had acceleration issues.. We returned it to the dealership on Sunday after the service dept. was closed. Someone took our key and said they would relay the information. My husband left a voicemail with Lou on Monday. We didn’t receive a call back. My husband then called and was transferred from person to person to person trying to request a new loaner as we are a one vehicle household. We did receive a new loaner Monday afternoon. However, when picking up the new loaner, no one apologized for the inconvenience. No one asked about our experience with the previous loaner. No one even acknowledged something happened. We just received an automated text the following day (Tuesday afternoon) saying our vehicle was ready to pick up. When my husband picked it up this morning, Lou wasn’t around though he was on the property. No one spoke with my husband other than telling him where to wait for our vehicle. It did surprise us that our 2021 Buick Envision completely broke down within less that 2yrs of owning it. However, we were grateful that it was under warranty. We appreciate that it was serviced. But we felt like lepers once the loaner we were given also broke down. We weren’t acknowledged or even spoken to. Unfortunately, that has negatively impacted our view on Buick & GMC.

When I brought the vehicle in for a screw in my tire I told them to ensure the correct tire pressure was added per HB accessories department suggested pressure. It was even annotated on the work order. Well they didn’t even look at it and put 40psi instead of 57 psi.
