Got there first thing in the morning, the lady helping us was not friendly. In the past we had gotten a courtesy car clean up but not this time. Kinda disappointing
Not much explanation on the repairs either. Have always gotten great customer service from Henry Brown in the past and was disappointing to see a decline.
