Suzie has been wonderful to work with. She is so kind and quick to help in any way that she can. I have had to bring my vehicle in for service quite a few times last year and each time working with her was a pleasure. She listens to my concerns and offers solutions for every issue. She is also great at staying in communication when my vehicle is in the shop or when I am waiting on parts for my vehicle. Service was awesome! The fact that I could just schedule an appointment online the same day way great. I was not upsold on service that was not needed. I felt this was one of the most honest, caring service departments I’ve walked into. My only suggestion would be on the sales side. I spent a lot of time looking at a new GMC Sierra 2500 while my truck was in service. I didn’t have anyone approach me to discuss the truck at all…and I was opening doors, sitting in it, opened the tailgate, spent about 30min looking it over. Hell…I might of bought that one…sure was pretty!
