Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience. I would start by saying my comments may not be a direct reflection on the service advisor. I took the time out of workday to come in for my 1st year service on my vehicle, I expected to have an oil change and tire rotation, air pressure corrected. Though I was impressed with the quick turnaround. I was disappointed in the following:
1. My Buick app says tire pressure is recommend to be 34 psi, after service my tires are 3 at 38 psi and one at 37psi
2. There is a recall in my vehicle. I was told I needed to bring my vehicle back for this recall, but 1st, I would need to call someone else at the dealership, so they can order the part. Why should I need to make the phone call to have a part needed on a recall?
3. I paid upon delivery to have ceramic tint put on my windshield, front side windows and mirrors. I realized after driving the vehicle for some time that the right side mirror is missing the tint. I was told I needed to speak to the Aftersales dept. Went to just to aftersales, no one was there , and no one had returned during the time I was at the dealership. Ask the receptionist if she could locate someone, she was not able to locate someone. When my service was Complete, stopped by the receptionist to ask how I could get in touch with after sales, and she gave me a phone# and name of someone to call.
4. Then when I got to my car, I noticed that my car had not been washed. Something all dealers I have done business with in the past would do as a part of the service visit.
In conclusion. I left the dealership a bit perturbed over the lack of overall customer care I experienced. Not to mention, I now have 2 phone calls I need to take the time out of my day , to call the dealership to get issues resolved.
