Raul is a great service adviser. He never over promises and tries his best to help out his customers. I watched him with other customers as I waited for him and noticed he gives everyone his individual attention when dealing with their needs.

Service was great! Communication with Raul was great! I did notice that there were a lot of leaves and dirt on the floor board of the passenger side. I had vacuumed the day prior and no one was in my passenger side prior to service. I’m not worried about it at all, just passing it along to be aware. Some clients may be upset over that.
