The truck is still doing the same thing, the key will not come out of the switch. We were told it was fixed, but when we got home it is still the same. We called back to the dealership and left a message with the assigned service manager, no return call.

I was very satisfied with Heidi however when I made the appt I said three things I needed done but when I got there I found out that one of those things couldn’t be done because there wasn’t time scheduled for a specific skilled tech now I have to still schedule it again and make another trip. I believe the original appt should have appropriately been scheduled so I could have made one trip

They were really supportive in all areas not just serving my truck. They researched what warranties I had that I forgot about that covered my entire service.
