I waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I was not updated as how long it would be and when the car was ready, I had to wait until the supervisor got back from lunch. I was not given a car wash coupon nor a punch card for getting my oil changed there. Perhaps they don't do that anymore. It was not a good experience today.
