Our regular service advisor is Lou Silva, however he was not available today (out sick) so we were assigned to Joe. Not impressed.
We felt as though he was not willing to help. With that attitude his “customer service “ was below par. We have been customers of Henry Brown since 2013. We have purchased 3 vehicles since then Buick Verona, Buick Regal and GMC Canyon. Better service should have been offered.
