I dropped my truck off on 1/29/25. It took 3 weeks to get my truck into service. I called on 2/20/25 and talked with Steve the service manager. He told my truck was in diagnostics. And that Blaine would call me by the end of business day, Thursday or Friday. Blaine did not call me either day, nor Monday 2/24/25. I called Tuesday 2/25/25 and left a message for Steve. Stating if I didn’t hear back that day I’d pick up my truck and have it serviced at Coulter GMC in Tempe. I’d also transfer my service warranty on new ‘24 Canyon to Coulter. Mike Meade is my regular service provider and I’ve never been treated so bad in 16 years.

I had an appointment to get my car in for maintainance/oil change. When I pulled up, someone went to get Heidi my service person. Heidi came out, walked past my car, didn't even say hello to me at all, and asked some guy to check me in, that wasn't even a service coordinator. I told him I was willing top pay whatever to make sure my car had 100% everything perfect. I was not looking for just an oil change. I drive it a lot and wanted a report on the inspection, I was willing to pay whatever. He said okay, and then all I know is I get a text saying my car is ready and never got a call from heidi. I just got a paper from someone else because Heidi wasn't even there and I guess they just did oil change, tire rotation and inspection on the paper I guess it said it was fine. What does that even mean? Really? I drive this car so much, there really is absolutely nothing that I can pay for to make sure my car is okay? Even it that is so, a call from Heidi would have put me at ease that she truly cares. I know she must have lots of cars but I am very cautious about my car and I wanted to at least talk to her. I used to have an Acura and when I woudl take it in, my person would come out and sit with me and talk to me about my concerns or plans for trips, etc. I would get a call from my service person. This is the second time that I don't talk to Heidi at GMC. I want a new service person,.. I sure hope that GMC has a better customer service policy because it is an expensive car and I need to know that they care. That is all I want,.. Do you care my car is perfectly serviced?
