Hey so we spoke a few times while the vehical was there about an oil leak. And I was told there is no oil leak but there is a large puddle of oil still under the vehical..pretty frustrating

Due to the service I needed performed, Mr. Richey said he wasn’t sure if he would be able to get the job done since it was a bit of a specialized request. I gave him the ability to take his time to complete the job. He called me ahead of when I was expecting the job to be done and said it was a bear, but he got it done. I appreciated his resolve. Once I was able to come pick the vehicle up, he took the time to talk with me and explain why my vehicle was not equipped with the part in the first place. It was refreshing to know.
