Heidi is one of your best personnel. She was the reason I kept taking my Denali there. Then the engine blew 6 weeks after I took my vehicle in for a complete check up. New engine set me back $8,000 and change. I continued to bring my vehicle in for service. I always ordered the best Synthetic oil for my vehicle. I checked the oil level before a trip and noticed that the oil had Varnished just a month after an oil change. I have not taken my vehicle back to Brown & Brown for any service. I lost my trust in your company. I guess it’s true that Dealerships are only to screw the customers and it’s never about the customer. That’s sad.
